Graphically it seems your choices were good too. Because of all the darkness all that is required is silhouettes, and you've taken the opportunity to add detail to these silhouettes instead of rushing them.
One thing I may note though is that a flashlight and a combination lock are a bit overused in flash adventures and that it may have been interesting to take a different angle there.
