The only negative thing I can think of is that the concept of the game is based on any other RPG you find out there. This has its positive and negative effects. Positive in that it's a proven concept which makes it work and which makes it easier you, as a developer, to focus on how you're going to bring it. Negative in it is that it's also a concept that has been used lots of times before which makes the game lose some charm.
