I'm fine when it's loading but when it gets to verifying it doesn't work!
how can I make it work?

Use Firefox or IE.

Myeah, what's the browser you're using? I heard there was some trouble with google Chrome and Safari. Somehow there's something in those browsers that blocks that check from being completed. For now I'd say, use Firefox, IE or Opera. I'll make sure to find a solution for it.
