Now there are several specials in this game which will make this game special. The game portal version wasn't that special. My favourite is probably the Windwaker level because it reminds me LOZ so much. I do enjoy playing the desert level though and really like the music there though I don't know what game it's from.

I'm playin' only the first map.

I don't know if it's only feelt by me or real, it seems to me that snake runs faster on better machines. At work on my 1,8Ghz G5 Mac Pro, I got much better results than on my Core2Duo E6750 with 3,52Ghz at home.... ?!

... and while translating game docs for Snake, I got 2 suggestions.
1) Especially notebooks have pretty small arrow keys, usually half as high as all other keys. An alternative control with W,A,S,D could be useful for notebook users and left-handers too.

2) Something I miss are sound effects, when eating a block or smashing into a wall.

I also mostly play on the first map. I like the music of the third, the graphics of the second, but the first is the most well-balanced. It also has less things that move in the background on it. I find the ship in the second one very distracting and the colour movement on the left side of the third the most distracting.
