Aye definitely seems like it. Just look at his profile and see the quantity of games he's made. Even though for most of them you can see they're quick creations as they lack depth or have some gameplay bugs, there are a few that are actually quite decent.

His games could be much better if he spend some more time for it. He has great artistic potential but he doesn't use it fully I think.
