How do I play this game?
Ibiza Beach Party Manager might be a somewhat harder game to explain, because there are a lot of things you have to take care of. The purpose of the game is to make as much money as possible in 14 ‘days’. (Days are technically turns in the game) There are a lot of strategies possible to get a lot of money. But first I’ll explain how to play the game.
You are the manager of a club in Ibiza, and you have to give your guests the night of their lives. The things you have to do are: hire a DJ, buy alcoholic drinks and mix your cocktails. There is only one problem… You have to make a cocktail mix that your guests like, or else nobody will buy them. But no worries, you will get feedback from your customers which I discuss later on. The perfect cocktail mix depends on the DJ you hired for the night, because different DJ’s attract different people. To give you a big hint, the perfect cocktail mix for each of the DJ’s, will differ every time you play a whole new ‘14 days’ game.
So to clear things up: Buy drinks, hire a DJ, make your perfect cocktail mix which depends on the DJ, then you get yourself a good reputation and start making money! And hopefully lots of it. Do this for 14 days and then see if you are a better manager than all the other managers that play this game on flashcompetition.

When you press Play game at the game’s main menu, you will see the screen as shown in image 1.0.

1. At the 1 in the image you’ll notice quite a few screens. One of them carries the title Buy ingredients. This is the place where you can buy your ingredients, or drinks for the night. Press on the explanation button to get some short information. You will notice that there are more explanation buttons in the game. Clicking these buttons will tell you more about the subject at hand.

If you are new to this game, then be sure not to buy too many ingredients in the beginning at once. Otherwise the chance that you will go bankrupt will be high.
You can use the plus buttons to buy drinks, and the minus buttons to return the drinks to the supplier for a full refund. Below “costs” and “amount”, you will see what the amount of ingredients you buy will cost. 100 of each drink will indicate a full glass, or 100%.
So if you buy 1000 beer you can sell a maximum of 10 glasses of beer. Be sure to keep an eye on your money when buying ingredients.

2. The 2 in the image indicates a screen with that carries the title Your cocktail mix. This is the place where you can mix your cocktail for the night. Remember the perfect mix depends on the DJ. Every DJ will attract different kind of people, and these people have a different taste. But eventually you will know the mix that suits your guests perfectly and from that time on, you can make a lot of profit. Also remember that the perfect cocktail mix does not only depend on the DJ, but will differ every time you play a new ’14 days’ game.

You can use the plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease the amount of a drink you will put in a cocktail. The amount of ice is the number of ice blocks you put in a cocktail. Just look at the temperature to decide whether you think your guests want more or less ice in their drinks.

3. At the 3 in the image you see the screen that carries the title Hire a DJ. As the title indicates, this is the place where you can hire a DJ. The house DJ, better known as The Housey, is the DJ that already works for your club. So he’s always available for free if you like. (I’ll explain later how we pay this dude) The reputation of this DJ is not as good as that of the other DJ’s. The higher your reputation is, the more people will come to your club, and the more money you can ask for the entrance and the cocktails. People pay more for something good, right? Cycle through the four DJ’s with the arrow button, accept a DJ with the accept button. If you are curious what music style the DJ’s represent, just click on the speaker button.

4. At the 4 in the image you will find the control panel. Here you can decide the amount of money you want people to pay at your club’s entrance, for your cocktails and for your beer. Other important information you can find here is the number of days left, the temperature of the night and your current reputation and money balance. Click on the continue button if you are ready to enter the night and see if you made any profit with your managing strategies.

Now take a look at image 2.0 where you can see the results of the night. Remember this is a manager game, where you only have to manage.

1. First I’ll have to come back on something I said earlier. I said that I would discuss the customer feedback later on. Well we’ve just arrived at that point. At the Money Income screen you can see all the incomes of the night. You can see how many cocktails and beer you’ve sold, and how much money you earned. Click on the explanation buttons to learn more about your customers.

2. Again I’ll have to come back on something I said earlier. I said that I would discuss the we pay our House DJ with you which I will do now. At the Money Expense screen you’ll notice something called ‘Employees’. The costs of our House DJ will be calculated here. You can also see your electricity and water costs here. The more stocks you have left after the night the higher your electricity bill will be. And the more guests you have the more water they will use.

You can also see what you have spend on your DJ and on ingredients right before the night starts.

3. At the General Statistics screen you can see more statistics concerning the past night.

Guests: The number of guests that came to visit your club this night.
Before spending: The money you had before spending it on ingredients and a DJ for this night.
Old Balance: The money you had after spending it on ingredients and a DJ for this night.
Money Income: Your total money income for this night. For details see the screen: Money Income.
Money Expense: Your total money expense for this night. For details see the screen: Money Expense.
New Balance: The money you have right now.

Never forget to click on the Graph button to see how you are doing!

After you gathered a lot of knowledge from this statistics, click on the Next Day button in the control panel to start buying ingredients and hiring a DJ for the next night.
